  • For me I think its a size goal more then a weight goal. at least right now thats how I feel. 5 years ago I weighed like 155 but fit into a size 4 pant for the first time in my adult life. I have no idea how that worked out but it did. Then of course my husband thought I was hot and we got pregnant with my daughter. LOL so…
  • I'm thinking I can handle it, but now I have to get the balls to take the step and sign up for it. What am I getting myself into. I'm gonna cruise out and take a look at the route before I sign up to make sure its not crazy hilly!!! OMGoodness!!!!!
  • Just stopping by to check on everyone. We have lots of us now. I'm down to 192.6 which is super motivating. Everyone keep it up!!!
  • WOOOO HOOOO!!!!! I just finished day 2 of level 1. Must say that I feel really good. Glad that I waited the extra day to recover before trying it again. I think I was able to give it my all again. Hopefully it won't take as long to recover from this workout. Burned about 350 calories though!!!!!
  • Hey My day 1 was on saturday and needless to say I was so sore that not until thismorning could I walk around without cringing from sore muscle pain. I also did a couch to 5k run the day before and day after so I think that added to my soreness, Either way I feel much better today and am hoping to do day 2 of level 1…
  • I too just started the 30 day shred and went out today and bought a heart rate monitor with chest strap to see what it reads. Yeah its tough and I'm sore but I know it'll pay off.
  • I just bought the one that has the chest strap and can also be used with one touch and it says on the back calorie count. I haven't used it yet but I'll let you know when I get it set up and running what I think.
  • I've started the cuch to 5k and just completed Day 2 of week 1 tonight. also started doing 30 day shred last night so I'm really pushing for a good calorie burn. I am sore but I know that it is well worth it when I see the results and this fat is gone. Stay motivated everyone and way to go on the first week weigh ins!!! We…
  • I just finished wek 1 day 2. Took the kids and husband with me to me running track and they played soccer while I ran. Not a bad half hour. I think they had fun too. felt pretty good. I must say that I was a little worried cause I started the Jilliam Michael 30 day shred last night so my legs and abs were pretty toased…
  • So is it designed to move to the next level after the first 10 days? Or do we stay on level 1 until we kick its butt!!!
  • I'm so in if you'll allow me to join. I just finished day 1 Level 1 tonight. I didn't think I could sweat that much in such little time. I finished it which was a great accomplishment in itself. October 1st: Beginning Weight 195.4 :( I am also working on the couch to 5k program so I am hoping I can do this in the mornings…
  • I'm soo glad that I found this hread. I started last night with Day 1 I've been putting it off of r a couple months. I just finally did it. I survived!!! I'm in. Good Luck everyone. Day 2 for me is Sunday!! I can't wait.
  • So afer posting earlier I started to feel really bad about not just going ahead and sarting the program. I felt embarassed. I picked up my son after school, picked up both the kids bikes at home and we took off for the track. I finished day 1! I have no idea why I procrastinated so long. I didn't feel like I was dying I…
  • Thanx Everyone. The track I was on isn't a regular track so I'll just go walk it tomorrow or Sunday and make sure the pedo is working or try to find an app for my phone to track it next time.
  • There's always the couch to 5k program that requires no equipment at all except a good pair of running shoes.
  • I've downloaded the app and created a playlist to go with it but for some reason I can't make myself get out the front door. I used to love running. All throughout high school I ran cross country or track it seemed like, but now I'm afraid to start running again. It's been at least 15 years. I so want to take that first…
  • Hey Everyone!!! I hope everyone is doing well this fabulous Friday! My week went as well as can be expected with my monthly visitor. Lucky Me! NOT!!! oh well. I managed to lose 2.2 pounds anyways. I didn;t get to exercise as much as I wanted to, but I did get an 8 mile bike ride in on Sunday. Felt great!! haven't been on…
  • I love my Enell bra. It's a little pricey but it is soo worh it. I don;t have to worry about my girls going anywhere.
  • I agree with the ENELL. I love mine. My girls don't jiggle or wiggle or bounce when I pounce.
  • my closet full of little clothes from before I got pregnant with my daughter, and running shorts and cute running tank with a regular sports bra ( not my Enell with a huge t shirt and pants so my thighs don't rub as bad. I long to be a trim thin healthy runner like back in the day. except I've never really been thin. lol
  • You look amazing!!! Can I ask how long it took you? What a inspiration you are.
  • I'm right there with ya. I've lost 8.4 since last wed afternoon and as much as I acknowledge that its mostly water. I'm taking any loss at this point and celebrating it! Keep it up!
  • Do you by chance use a bodybugg? Noticed the band on your arm and made me think?
  • Can I join you all? I'll get the form filled out shortly. My goal is to be 175 or less by Christmas. CW:198.4
  • I'm so in on this one. My starting weight is 198.4 My Christmas goal is 175 or less.... 23.4 pounds in 92 days breaks down to 1/4 pound a day.
  • I count it all. I can't get to my daily calorie goal even with all the little extras. I actually logged pepper the other day and then stopped and laughed about it.
  • Every morning now that I bought a new scale. Talk about a blow to your physchy when you step on the scale and it dies. Mine got played on by too many kids repeatedly wanting to know if they'd grown yet. Need it to stay on track.
  • Amazing progress!! Way to go! You are doing fabulous keep up the good work.
  • I have a picture taken at my sons 2nd birthday that is my goal again. I even kept the jeans I was wearing and can't wait to wear them again. But as far as motivation I'd love to be the same size as my baby sister even though she's 10 years younger then me. Trying to be healthy enough to play with my kids and the dogs helps.
