To reach my goal then start working on trying to have baby #2! I was overweight before I had my first child, and I want to have as healthy of a pregnancy as possible and not forget to take care of myself during and after it.

Staring weight (SW): 158 Current Weight (CW): 153 Halloween Goal (HG):146.5 Goal Weight (GW): 115 I actually gained weight over this past week, and I have NO idea why. I stuck to my calorie goals, with the exception of going over by 200 yesterday (we went to a friend's house for dinner).

Today's weigh-in: 151 I'm surprised I lost any weight at all this past week. It was a tough week at work, and over the last weekend, my husband and I had date night AND went to friends' houses for dinner both Saturday and Sunday night. I'll take my 1/2 pound down and make sure this next week produces better results!!!

Thanks! Any thoughts on what type of at-home workouts work with a busy life? I used to be fit, I played soccer all my life, including at the college-level, so I know I can get back into being physically active again... I guess I just need to make it a priority.

Between my job and being a mom, I never have the energy. I never have the energy to get back in shape for my family so I don't die early and can enjoy the above mentioned work and being a mommy. This is pityful.
