OK......so I'm very new here.....please help. Went to Scooby. Did calculations and my TDEE is 2105 - 15% = 1789. So that is with moderate exercise, 3-5 hours a week. Thanks for your great post! I'm still at same weight, but look totally different now since I've been heavy-lifting and walking daily. I try to just eyeball how I'm doing. The scale's a liar! ;)
