First time posting an image here, hopefully it works
This picture was taken at 272 pounds and i've dropped another 10 pounds since then! This has been 90% changing the way I eat. My wife and I decided to try a Keto diet. so far in 6 months together we have dropped over 120 pounds! We now eat much healthier, no boxed dinners, all fresh food. I have SO MUCH more energy, the dogs love it because they get out for longer walks.
