  • by the way, netflix no longer has workout videos :[ they lost the contract. youtube has some great work out videos though!! :D
  • My starbucks obsession went out the door when i realized the calories. I couldnt imagine my normal drink was around 300 an sometimes more than that!! I make coffee and put a scoop or whey protein in it now which gives it a mocha taste, the only calories in it are the protein but its like a meal, so it works.

  • swimming!!! :] you can swim with just your arms, they have floats for just your legs, and without realizing it youre burning tons of calories. :] hope your knee gets better soon!!

  • did you put in the lose 2 pounds a week? maybe try changing that so your calorie count will up. if your drastically changing your diet that can happen. what type of exercise are you doing also? feel free to add me :]
  • I have a terrible time keeping motivation if i get into a routine with my workouts. I go to body pump once a week usually and take other classes or just go to the gym on my own for the rest of the week. Maybe just try switching up to different classes for a few weeks and then going back to your 3 a week?

  • most cardio exercises build lean muscle i think that may be where things get confusing when lifting weights the muscle you achieve doing that burns calories longer than lean muscle does. hope this helps..? haha

I end up adding all the calories from the time i wake up until the time i go to bed, of course i end up going over but it gets too difficult (such as if the night is busy thinking of when i ate what and at what time) to put everything in…
