Anyone ever had this injury before? If so, what did you do to make it a little more tolerable running?

Obstacle course? How to log?
We've been doing this obstacle course every morning, I've been logging it as strength training..any suggestions on what else to log it as? I don't want to jip myself if it's too many calories burned for what I'm logging it as.

Quest bar?
So I'm a pretty big fan of quest bars, any other fans out there? I've heard of some people baking them or microwaving..anyone know anything about this or tried it? Thanks :)

It's that time again! My playlist has gotten old, pandora always fails me and spotify isnt much better (thank you sprint) Suggestions on songs that are upbeat? I run mostly so im trying to find some good upbeat "I've got this" kind of music ha! thanks! :]

hey everyone, not really all that new here..but i just recently started adding people on here. I noticed I'm more motivated when i have friends on here with the same goals. So, with that being said anyone want to be friends? :] I work out at least 4 days a week, maybe we can challenge each other every day. :]
