My problem is I don't eat the sugar free items...I use coffee creamer and eat jello pudding but not the sugar free...I think that maybe a place to start...Thanks

I've used it and continue to use it...most people think it doesn't work but I've been using it for weeks and there is a difference...I've lost 2 inches around my upper arms in 4 weeks...that may not seem like alot but to me it is...So if it works for you then continue...to make sure it is take measurements.

I used to drink nothing but soda....now I drink water with the 5 calorie powder drink packets throughout the day. Then at dinner I allow myself an 8 oz glass of soda. Which is not that high in calories. This gives me the water I need throughout the day and I still get to enjoy the things I like in moderation. This isn't…
