oatmeal is so easy, right in the microwave and done...also I have 1/2 cup of kashi cereal and greek yogurt mixed together (instead of milk)

teaspoon of nutella on a rice cake for me, also those protein bars can sub for a small meal or snack and come in alot of chocolate flavors

did the master cleanse and didnt listen to anyones warning. Post cleanse my metabolism crashed and I not only gained back the 9 lbs I dropped, I packed on 6 more. IN 20 DAYS. Yes a little bit. Ive had to tweak both programs a little...Ive decided to keep aspects of BFL such as feeding my metabolism every two to three hours and the BFL work out schedule. The truth is, if your working out as much as you do on BFL then you should be eating more than 1200 per day

I have the worst eating habits at night, when the cravings start i drink herbal tea. I dont know what it is about that method but it really works for me

Thanks for the response! I wasnt sure, since you do 6 small meals a day - and my calories are recomended 1200 per day. Ive had success with both MFP and BFL so combining them seemed like a good idea
