Last year I did Les Mills Body Pump at a gym for about 50 minutes on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays. It was killer. Now I'm doing two circuits of all upper body of my own cardio routine on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for about 40 minutes. 30 seconds between each exercise. On Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday and do a…

Depends if the weather is warm. I can change in my office and leave my bag in the truck at the gym. I just go home ofter the workout and shower at home. If it's too cold I change at the gym and just wear a pair of sweats to go home in.

I have the FT4 too. I'll have to test this when I get my Charge HR, but it's on back order. I needed an XL size.

This is one thing I haven't considered.

Sitting at 312. Would like to be 265 by mid June for my 35 year High School class reunion. We shall see. I was 225 way back in 1995 when I left the military. I'd love to get back to that weight.

I'm Steve D, 53 and live in North Texas. I'm 6'2" and around 312. I put on 10 pounds a year since I got out of the military in 1995. I'd like to be 265 for my 35 year HS class reunion in June 2015. That's 2.9 lbs a week which is not impossible but would be pretty damn hard. Lets get this party started!!

Waiting on an XL Charge HR. The order said 8-10 weeks. Got my wife a Flex for Valentines Day. Hope she doesn't take it the wrong way.

Took a road trip on my Street Glide last summer. 2250 miles from Dallas to Pensacola to Maggie Valley NC and back. At every stop I made (restaurant) for lunch I made sure I turned to the lunch portion of the menu first ( not dinner), or found a lighter side part of the menu with low cal options. Far too many times before I…

I've been doing BodyPump for 8 weeks now and have lost 13 lbs. I'm 52 years-old and currently 306 lbs. My worry is doing Body Combat which I consider high impact with a lot of quick movements, will adversely affect my knees. They are OK now, but are not in the best shape. I experience little pain at the bottom of my squat…

They could not lock the seat when I was on an amusement ride. My wife and kids had already been locked in and I couldn't ride with them.

April 8th, 2014 I was at 319.2. Today I'm at 308. Not bad for a little over a month. Started tracking my calories on another site, but came here a week ago. Much of my success as been Les Mills Body Pump and keeping my intake on or around my target. I have found it better to not weight myself everyday. High sodium days…
