I moved into the wrong apartment
I've been here in my new apartment since August 2019 and am surrounded by restaurants and fast food. There is a Chinese buffet 5 minutes from my front door. This was a bad move. I think I've gained 25 lbs. Anywho... Getting back on MyFitnessPal and started logging my meals again after a long hiatus.

Goals
Whats your opinion? Is it better to set a goal that is harder to reach, or one that is easier. Losing 30 lbs in 12 weeks or 2.5 lbs per week, versus keep it realistic at 24 lbs in 12 weeks which is dropping 2 lbs a week? I like a challenge, but how hard would it be to drop 2.5 lbs every week?
