I'm in. I would love to lose 100 lbs by Christmas. I'm looking to lose 50lbs by August for my 40 years HS reunion.

I've read good reviews about the Scosche Rhythm+ armband. This guy here does some pretty in-depth reviews on a ton of wearable HR gadgets. http://www.dcrainmaker.com

Damn...300 lbs. I thought I was doing good. Don't know what happened.

Can you correct my goal weight for 12/8/2015? I don't think I can go from 290 to 185

3.5 months to lose around 19 lbs. I've seen my biggest drops now that I have a HR activity tracker and I can see what my calorie burn actually is instead of going with these default values loaded here. The best thing about these activity trackers is they get you motivated. They may not always be highly accurate, but they…

I sleep late on Saturday. Always have. Breakfast turns into brunch since I don't eat till 11:00 or so. Then it's yard work or other stuff I put off till dinner, so I'm usually good. My bad habit is ordering out on weekends. It's kills my calorie count.

Last night I stopped and picked up Thai food for the family. I didn't mind. I didn't order anything, and instead eat at 220 calorie Healthy Choice meal for dinner. The payoff was when I stepped on the scale this morning.

I'm not so sure. I used my Polar FT4 with a chest strap on a 2.5 mile walk in 47 minutes. My pace was 3.2 The Polar says I burned 344. A 4.0 pace is much higher even though it was only 36 minutes. 323 could be right on the money. The Strava does seem high.

I don't like the chest strap. It's a hassle. There are literally no bells and whistles with the FT4 as it has no sync capability. I think the Mio Link or Scosche Rhythm+ is a better buy.
-
I've had one for almost a year. I'd return it if I were you. The FT4 doesn't have any sync functionality to send your data to a website like MFP. There are better HRM devices that really shine. I like my fitness devices to have some bells and whistles. The FT4 doesn't have any.

I'm with mallen. Fitbit doesn't sync the workouts to MFP, only steps. MapMyFitness does (Under Armour own both MFP and MapMyFitness websites). If I put my Fitbit workouts into MapMyFitness and they are synced to MFP are they double counted here?

I get these made at the university cafeteria where I work. There is no packaging. I think they are all flour tortillas, with just added flavor.

Is it too late to join? My weight on April 6th - 302.5 Goal Weight on July 4th = 282.5

I second and third this. Extremely disappointed this doesn't work as I think most people expected. Seems like a cheap shortcut to just add workouts to your generic calorie adjustment, than list them independent. Need better integration.
