    Cardio Intervals - 26 minutes on Elliptical Trainer or Exercise Bike
    1-2: Level 1 (easy resistance)
    3-5: Level 2 (moderate resistance)
    6-9: Level 3 (difficult resistance)
    10-11: Level 2
    12-15: Level 3
    16-17: Level 2
    18-21: Level 3
    22-24: Level 2
    25-26: Level 1

    painful...I wouldn't be able to workout 7 days a week...my body would break
