Here are two options, go during your lunch breaj or right after work. You have to make the time to get to the gym if you want to lose weight.

Don't go back to Level 1. You have to push yourself. I'm on day 3 of Level 2 and I have to say, it is really burning the calories. I think the last circuit is the the hardest but since I know it's the last one, I push thru it and I feel great afterwards. Remember - it's only 20 minutes. It's over before you know it.

you could try a piece of fish and a small side salad. It's not too heavy and you definitely won't blow your workout. Believe it our not, once you start eating, you probably won't be able to eat all of your dinner. I have found that when I work out before lunch and dinner, I can't really eat all of my food.

I work out twice a day and I'm really watching my calorie intake and I watch WHAT I eat. Now a trip to the grocery store takes me like an hour and a half because I'm ready labels on EVERYTHING. You could do a beef or chicken stir-fry with some veggies, try making a homemade vegetable soup or you could make a veggie omelet for breakfast. Also, you could try a salad with cucumbers, broccoli and carrots and have a small amount of dressing to drizzle over the veggies.
