Eating before you work out
I go to the gym during my lunch break and I'm wondering if it's better to eat an hour before I go to the gym or should I wait until I've completed my workout. I have noticed that when I eat after I work out, I don't eat as much. I do try to have a protein bar before I go just to give me a push.

cooking food in microwave
I like to have sweet potatoes for lunch and if I forget to cook them the night before, I will cook them in the mircrowave. Does that eliminate all of the nutrition from the food?

UGH!!!
I just blew my healthy eating with one burrito from Moe's and now I am so misearable. I had no idea that it had 855 calories. I am putting myself on a lettuce and water diet for the next two weeks. It was soooooooo not worth it.

I've started juicing again and I'm trying to figure out how to add my drinks to my food diary. I thought about just entering as an apple, orange, carrot, cucumber, etc. but I think that would add way too many calories. Besides, I'm using the juice and not the "meat" of the fruit. I am freaking out right now. I looked at my sodium intake over the past 3-4 days and it absolutely insane. yesterday my number was 3,599. Jillian Michael's Last Chance Workout
OMG, I just finished my first Last Chance Workout and it kicked my butt!! I am already doing the 30 day shred but it has NOTHING on Last Chance Workout. I loved and hated it at the same time. You burn a lot of calories. So, I think I'm going to do 30 day shred in the morning and Last Chance Workout in the evening.

Exercise and Calories
If the goal is to burn off more calories than you take in, why are people telling me that it's okay to consume the extra calories that I earn from working out. Doesn't that just make the workout a waste of time?
