Jillian Michael's Last Chance Workout

OMG, I just finished my first Last Chance Workout and it kicked my butt!! I am already doing the 30 day shred but it has NOTHING on Last Chance Workout. I loved and hated it at the same time. You burn a lot of calories. So, I think I'm going to do 30 day shred in the morning and Last Chance Workout in the evening.

    Sounds like a winning combination!! Good luck with it!! I am trying to accomplish the 30 day shred, but I am not feeling too well the last couple days... so as soon as I am back up and able, I will resume!

    Oh honey....you are my hero!!!! I am just trying to get through the shred.....I can't take seeing Jillian 2x a day....uuuuuugh!!!! ONCE is enough:)) Good luck:)) I can't wait to build up my nerve to do that one:))

    I did the last chance workout and it kicked me in the butt too. I was proud that I was able to build up to doing it and I really hung in there until the last 5 min. I like the 30 day shred too.

    I found this on ExerciseTV On Demand last night! I thought I was going to die lol. I was actually surprised my HRM said I only burned 190 in the 26 minutes it was on!!
  • I love kettlebells and do the 30 day shred it with weights!!!
