I had my gallbladder out in 2006 in an emergency surgery from stones blocking it. I havent had any trouble losing weight after but at first i had 2 advoid dairy and rich fatty foods after because i got stomach pains. I would like to join in. I am 2541bs currently and losing 25 pounds slowly and keeping it off would be wonderful. I have made some minor adjustments like drinking at least 32oz of water a day and using splenda in my coffee instead of sugar. I have incorporated more fruits and vegetables and lowfat yogurt. I have my calorie goal at 1750 daily but I am set to lose 1.5 lb a week. I am 5"2 254 lbs. I do 60 minutes of exercise a day some days more! I try not 2 eat back my exercise calories.

Webster Mass Nice lake with walking tracks incorporated nature of animals , hiking trails around lake. Spring is finally here so hopefully warm temperatures come upon us soon! Its still been 30s and 40s for the most part. Winter season i go to the local gym but all other seasons the lake it is!

I love any flavor cheese cake so I would only splurge 4 times a year eating this! I work too to put any pounds back on !

Just eat sugar in moderation! Your body is withdrawing for a reason because it needs some amount of sugar in fruits and vegetables. I went over to splenda for my tea and other snacks that I eat. I hope this helps for you!
