Hi! I had a 1200 calorie in the past and hit a stall untill i upped my calories now to 1490. Just be careful on that low calorie amount because i found myself tired and edgy. Good Luck! I have an open diary so if u want to be friends send me a request.

I love eggs! I try to eat 2 every other day. I like their protein status and my cholesterol has always been good. I say if eggs are within your goals then just eat in moderation.

I usually leave my diary open calories for a treat. I usually have a chocolate protein shake or protein bar during the day. At night i usually have a 1 peanut butter cup or sugar free hot chocolate or sugar free chocolate pudding or a 1/2 cup of chocolate peanut butter cheerios dry.
