Hi All,
Teacher here with busy lifestyle wanting to change shape and get in shape. My goal is 0.5kg per week. I know how to eat healthily...my problem is definitely portion size!
Any hints, tips, advice or even commandments are welcome!
Much love
Ruth

i find pre logging really useful to see how big a portion needs to be for me to fit it into my day.

I find looking at labels nutritional facts for 1 portion and preportioning out the 1 serving and then putting the food away! I try this at least.

portions and volume are my issue (I was morbidly obese most of my life eating generally "healthy" but..tons)

what helped me lose the weight (three times) is pre-logging food the night before as much as possible and editing as i need day of. Because i like volume i eat a TON of vegetables that i like cut up small. it makes meals last longer and feels like i am eating more. i still do this. i eat lots of foods with low calorie density.
