I would say start slow at exercise and work from there! if you go to a gym meet with a personal trainor to come up with a good workout plan that wont cause you more pain. I have bad knees and stay active! I will send you a friend request!

Before Weightloss Surgery i set my goals to lose 2 pounds a week, but now i just set my goal to 1 pound a week and my calories went to 1380. It seems ok there! i will send you a friend request. i have an open diary!

I noticed by me changing my goals to a pound a week it changed my calories to 1490 and i am losing much more than a 1200 calorie day! I am 5'2 and lost already 68 pounds . I am glad i played with my goal intake. I wish every the very best on your journey!

I definitely think you can lose 15 pounds in 15 weeks. You will have to see how your body fat works out. Good Luck!

I would say run it by the surgeon and physical therapist. You could get better advice that way! Your body will definetly tell you if you over do it.
