Grazing on mini peppermint patties and chewy jolly ranchers all day, and not measuring the amounts of olive oil or cheese I put in salads or in cooking.

I'm looking to get one ASAP but first I have to get a new iPhone and that's not happening until September probably. I have an iPhone 3GS and the Fitbit Flex is only compatible with iPhone 4 and above. If I really need a tracker before then, I might buy myself the Jawbone UP. I think that's compatible with iPhone 3GS.

I'm a teacher in a 4th floor walkup and I climb 5 flights of stairs 3-4 times a day, up and down, within 45 minute intervals and spend most of my day standing and teaching. MFP categorizes me as "lightly active".

I've upped my running to 3-6 miles every night (about 60-70 min for me) plus 45-60 minutes of the Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" workout. Then I try to do a Yoga For Runners 25 minute program. The NMTZ workout does planks, crunches, some mat/leg work, and uses dumbbells. I feel like I'm making progress with this…
