fat is probably my least concern out of the macros (unless its saturated fat) , in order mine is : calories, protein, carbs + sugar, sodium, fats, fibre, i eat 'healthy' fats like avocado, EVOO, nuts, nut butters, oily fish, and a glass of coconut milk, so im ok if it goes over, and nearly always it does!!

i am using: oats dried cherries almonds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds vanilla whey protein powder cinnamon nutmeg almond and cashew butter ....and molasses/ maple syrup/ honey to bind it together and then im going to drizzle some melted 95% chocolate on top

probably 1/2 a jelly bean, or cherry tomatoes, generally raw and steamed veggies with fresh herbs should do, like others said popcorn is really light and you could make it your own and experiment with flavours eg nutmeg, cinnamon and stevia if you want to add sweetness or savoury like herbs and a little olive oil
