it says 1740 but i didn't want to go too low since ive herd you could lose muscle mass so i just decreased slowly and now at around 2100

i'm doing week 4 at the moment, i have to say week 3 was a killer for arms !!!, i havnt done it for 30 days cause i usaully do another one of her dvds so i dont get bored of the same one. oh and yes, definitely a good workout due to the 3-2-1 system so all your body can feel the burn!!!
