70 squats down.. so surprised at how much this ups my heart rate even if only for a few minutes.. did all 70 in a row.. i noticed this morning my legs already feel stronger.. keep it goin everybody! only 50 for tomorrow :bigsmile:

i like them. it's a nice break from having the only option of a one piece ugly POS with a skirt because it's essentially "the only acceptable thing for a fat person to wear in public".. i want one. I'd want to lose some weight before wearing one, but i would absolutely wear one as a bigger girl. find something else to hate…

it'a really more a matter of technique than anything. I've had thin rollers with moderate length that got the job done better than the thicker, longer rollers of years past. Technique is everything! I find no matter what style I have, I can make it work with a few tweaks.

when i'm at my most motivated, I shoot for a gallon and a half. I use a 32 oz cup to get the job done. fill it once before breakfast, drink a second one during breakfast and until lunch, a third with lunch and the following few hours.
