Nope. I was always thin. When I got married the first time I was about 130 and Im 5 ft. 3.5in. About 2.5 years into my marriage I got pretty unhappy. I was 21 and going to the bars and drinking and eating everything. I got up to 181 by the end of our 5 year marriage. I lost 40 lbs in a month drinking diet pepsi, exercising…

Three things in a relatively short amount of time. First, 14's were really snug. Second, I went dress shopping for bridesmaids dresses and the lady said I'd need an 18. HUH?? LOL. Then the straw that broke the camel's back, a patient at work asked me when I was due. Haven't been pregnant for almost three years. That…

In the morning before baby's nap, take him in the stroller for a walk. I also found a work out that works for me when I can't get in a good 20 or 30 minute exercise. It is called 10 minute solutions. I do the dance one. It is broken down into five parts. If you only do one, its not a great work out, but its still a work…

I gave up pop in early March. The headaches lasted a few weeks. I haven't had any in a while though. I gave it up for lent to begin with. I did have a diet coke on Easter sunday, but nothing since then and no headaches this time.

I only had one attack. I did not have gallstones. I had a collaped gallbladder. I eat anything I want without any problems. If I go too long without eating, I get pretty bad hunger pains, but that's it. Now they attempted to do the easy laproscopy on me and then had to open me up all the way because they were having…

I will add that I lost 15 lbs in the beginning of the year and not a pound more until this month. I wasn't eating nearly enough. I've lost 4 lbs in April since joining.

Every day that I have with my kids in my life has been a blessing and a bonus! Finally glad I have more energy to actually involve myself in playing with them rather than just watching them play.

If you need to boost your calories for the day, peanut butter, apples, nuts. Lots of lean meats, fish. Avoid fatty foods. Pretty much…
