  • Ah okay, this makes sense. Thank you! :)
  • I do the same thing. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I find that if I am diligent recording everything I eat, if the calorie #s aren't 100% accurate it will be close enough that I can still get a good deficit going and get that scale moving too :)
  • Wake up, go for a run, eat a nice healthy but bigger than usual breakfast (will usually be more like a brunch), then do something fun like go for a swim or read a book outside, or maybe go window shopping with my family. Then I have a smaller dinner, followed by catching up on my favorite TV shows
  • I have been taking Lexapro for the past few months because of anxiety/panic attacks. I gained about 15 pounds when I started having anxiety because I would stress eat. Once I was put on Lexapro, started exercising and eating healthily, I lost about 5 pounds. However, my pharmacy tried to switch me to Celexa because it was…
  • Thank you! Yes I figured since I am at a downward trend overall I'm doing the right thing and should keep it up but I always like to get more opinions if possible!

  • I'm a Popster too! :) Love blogilates so much, almost done with the beginner's calendar and then going to do her July calendar when she comes out with it :D
  • This past year I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks (including some really catastrophic ones that prevented me from getting out of bed/moving/doing anything), and I think that led to me to stress eat, and subsequently I gained about 15-20 pounds. Since then I've been on anti-anxiety meds but I've still struggled…
  • I think when losing less than 50 pounds its much harder to lose weight quickly. I haven't been weighing my food at all, just using more of a rough estimate of what I'm eating, but I use a polar ft4 watch to measure how many calories I burn so maybe we should be more accurate with our food recording? I don't know. I'm…
  • Thank you everyone :) I will keep being diligent about tracking everything, I think I could stand to tighten up especially since I have such a weakness for sweets :embarassed: I also think I will reincorporate running/HIIT into my routine since it seems to help me net a lower amount of calories without feeling like I need…
