What are you eating for breakfast? What time do you eat lunch? It sounds to me like if you eat at about 7 and don't eat lunch until around 12 then eating your snack at 10 is about right. :o)

Maybe you could suggest that, instead of cookies, candy, etc. they provide fresh fruit/veggies or other healthier options. Okay.... weigh in!!!! 230.6 Only .4 lbs this week. I attribute that to having a couple of bad days at the end of this week. Yesterday was extremely stressful and I wasn't able to get my workout it. Ugh! I will just have to work harder this week! :o)

I didn't get on my WII Fit at all this week!!!! :o( I have been working out though. I got Jillian's 30 Day Shred and have been doing that as well as one of the Biggest Loser workout DVD's that I already had. Lots of sweating, and actually lots of fun!!! :o) I am going to try starting a challenge in my house tonight though.…

Weekends aren't too bad for me. I am a substitute teacher though so, most of the week, I am home with my 2 year old. So, weekends are pretty much the same as weekedays. The thing that makes it harder is that my husband is home and he'll want to order food in or go out to eat. That's when I get into trouble. :O)

I usually make an extra serving at dinner, then I take that for lunch the next day. :o) That way I already know the calorie count, I can enter it ahead of time, and it isn't any extra work because I was making dinner anyway. :o) Good luck!! :o)

Jane - That is a wonderful idea. I think that I will do just that! :o) I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD along with my WII workouts so that way I'm getting a large variety of exercises and such. :O) My son LOVE to try the stretching stuff at the end with me. It is really cute to see :o)

I don't have any goals yet... I will have to think about it. I have, however, realized that spending 60 mins/6 days per week on the WII is taking way too much time away from my son. So I will be shortening that to 40 min/6 day per week. :o) I will let you know my other goals once I figure them out. No later than Sunday…

So, I am going on another campus tour in the morning for my stepdaughter. It's an hour drive to the college, a 2 hour meeting/tour, and an hour drive back. I think I am going to need some extra sleep tonight! :o)
