I exercise every day. Some days it's more intense than others. Today I burned about 500 calories. I was told that my TDEE is around 1,900, and with a deficit of 250 (1,650) I figured it was a good number for modest, slow paced weight loss rather than drastically undereating.

I used to believe I needed more but I found out my TDEE is more around 1,900, and since I'm eating 1,650, I figured I wouldn't have to eat exercise calories back?

It was about two thirds of a small watermelon, and about a pound of cherries (all measured on oz)
-
Ouch. (I still had a laugh over it)
-
Awh, someone beat me to it haha

I'm allergic to bees.
-
Haha it would be healthy if eaten in moderation. Those are just the treat foods I prefer, but I tend to overeat them!

On most days, I eat 1,650 calories but sometimes I'm slightly under. I work out quite a bit (today I burned over 500 calories). I don't think I'm eating too little? Also, I had a good day today. I weighed in this morning at 112 lbs. That's another reason I'm ashamed at what I did tonight. Being 5'5.5" and 112 lbs and…

There's not really much you can do. A person cannot recover unless they're willing to.

Never forget.

I absolutely love being encouraged onward, maybe even a little too much. It makes up for the fact that people in real life tell me to stop.

I was dating someone for a while; it was during a rather impressionable time for me, and I was dealing with an eating disorder on top of it all. I fell rather hard and eventually he left, but he never told me why. He just cut me out, almost effortlessly. I'll never know the reason why; maybe it was my weight, or my…

Almond butter and jam sandwiches. Cereal. Sweets, especially the homemade kind I make. It's mutiny.

This actually may be the advice I was looking for. So I should up my calories, but still keep a deficit? How large of a deficit should I subtract from my TDEE since I shouldn't have a huge one?
-
I understand, which is why I am considering upping my caloric intake, hence the topic. But usually if I give into what my body "wants", I end up way over where I should be and thus on the path of weight gain again.

Yes, only 5 lbs.
-
That's exactly what I typed in, the 5-6 hours of exercise. I always thought that was accurate but now I'm not so sure.
-
How can I accurately calculate my TDEE?
-
.
-
See, I'm not so sure, I used http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and entered 5-6 hours of exercise a week.
-
It's all about small successes. For example, when I was in my eating disorder days, I would fast for a few days a week (0-100 calories), eat very low other days of the week (400-600 calories) and then once/twice a week, I would have a ridiculous binge day that would make me feel…

There was this guy that I sort of dated for a little while, and even though I'd fallen hard and I thought he felt the same, he eventually cut me off without another word. Later, I found out that while I was hospitalized for an eating disorder, he was trying to sleep with my best friend. Still hurts.
