I am doing strength until I can go back down to one job. Right now I work 60~ hours a week, so until mid October I won't be going back to cardio. This is all I could fit in during the week.

Thank you! I most def did not eat anywhere near those calories. My sodium was like 7500, I had alcohol, like 8 pina coladas . I was just a tad worried because it was my first cheat weekend I've had since I began and I was not expecting such a gain! The flight was 4 hours there and 4 back by the way

I did, turns out that I was not only over working out, I became allergic to dairy at the same time. I personally would cut back on the dairy for a while and then go from there, especially do not drink or eat any before working out. I went to another doctor and she wouldn't prescribe me anything for my anxiety, she told me I was 'too young' and 'didn't want me to become addicted' And he wouldn't change it unless I was put to sleep and had the camera inside of me. I wish I could say I was lying, but I am not.

If you diet for a short period of time and don't keep it up you're going to gain it all back, sounds like a bs diet to me, take it slow for long term results

Ah okay, thanks for all the replys! I mean MFP is telling me to eat 1900 a day. In 15 weeks i already lost 37 pounds. I am 5'5 but I think my age plays a part in it too
