I think insurance can cover half if not all if you have a medical condition around it like severe back pain and stuff such as that. If not then it'll be the cost of plastic surgery.

Been on Junel for 2 years (20MG) switched from Lo-Lostergen FE (10MG) because I keep break through bleeding. Had bad cramps first 3 months, after that I have like 1 day of bleeding. As far as weight goes, just don't stuff your face full of food (lol) I think I only gained 5 lbs with this + I had depression before, I think…

Thanks all, I did not know if anyone besides a doctor could take blood work. I am not sure what a doctor could test for. Also no, I do not eye ball food. I have a nice scale I use at home to weight things. I meal prep for the week so everything is always accurate.

Cardigans/tanks/hoodies are more forgiving the more sizes you lose. Pants are the worst. I would buy 2-3 pants at a time, but from like a second hand store like Plato's closet and then sell it back when you shrunk out of them. Thrift stores are my absolute favorite thing in the world.

I do 2 shakes and a meal. More or less re-training to not look at food for comfort. I do not plan on living my life like this but until I can remove the emotion from food this has been the best way to replace that feeling.

Sometimes when you diet so much your body needs a hard intake of calories to jump start it to loose weight again. Think of it as a cheat day and go hard tomorrow

I juice, I usually count the whole fruit (or whatever you are using). Like if I throw in 2 bananas into the mix + 4 cups of strawberries, I put in MFP 2 bananas and 4 cups of strawberries. :)

I drink four bags worth of green tea a day and can confirm it does nothing except offer a great substitute for caffeine/plain water.

Attempting to be vegan. I am already lactose intolerant and I am finding the less meat I eat the better my skin is/the better I sleep.

Actually, it's proven if you reward yourself after working out that you end up doing better in the long run. There was a study about people who were rewarded chocolate after a run and those who were not - and the ones who were rewarded ended up working harder for the chocolate and lost more weight.

I lost about 100, add me anyways

I became so focused I couldn't eat over 800 - got sick - went to the er - had a hamburger and fries there - that was the end of that. Peanut butter is your hero .

You can always figure out what drink it is (like bud lite) , then check the bottom of the container it is in for the oz, and guesstimate from that. I am sure the container has the fluid oz on the bottom. Even mixed drinks have calorie totals if you google search them.

Same. Try not to go at peak hours. I got too used to having people go with me I get anxious when I am alone.

The way I see it - since the position you are put in..that the parents don't want to deal with her which is sad. "just throw her in a camp that will fix her!". Uhm no, they should be talking to Kayla. However, in the position you are in and since she trusts you, you could look up some self help books in guiding children to…

I have been doing this almost 3+ years now, I have initially lost 100 pounds doing JUST cardio and not lifting a single weight. (Of course - I gained some back tehe). On weights, I have gained 5lbs but my belly had flattened and my arms are less...saggy. Ideally if you can - you should be doing both every time you go to…

Ahh thanks for all the replies. Something I need to add is that I buy all my own food, but they just add 'extra stuff' in, like my mom will make a pie and beg me to eat some with her with ice cream (lactose intolerant, doesn't stop me though). I do NOT eat fast food, and the only things I drink is water and green/black tea.

5'5 when I was 275 I was doing cardio for 30-45 minutes 5x a week and lost 100 lbs with 1,400 calories no cheat days.

Hi dear~ My suggestion is to see a doctor/therapist if you are in a emotional eating/morbid obesity situation. I believe that speaking to someone can help you over come the feelings of the comfort that food has for you. You really should stick to the calories that MFP gives you, and pace yourself throughout the day with…

I eat my 150 calorie oat meal in the morning, for lunch it's a yogurt bar and a coffee cake 90 calorie thing then dinner I have lean cuisine. I definitely am not eating more nor do I snack.

I have been averaging 900 a day for the last few weeks. I just began anti depressants and I have no appetite. I need some advice too because I'm supposed to eat 1600
-
When I first started I lost ten pounds my first month, I was 274 and I was eating 2,100 a day. On year later I'm 198 and eating 1600 a day. It's totally doable on 1200 though if you eat lots of veggies but they get boring honestly (I'm being realistic)

Either you had too much sodium or you got your period, just my suggestion

Hello! I take 20mg junel. I was on lo lostergen fe 10mg for four years and then when I began loosing weight I began to have a period every fifteen days. The 20mg is working perfect now so I can't complain nor do I wanna switch in fear I'd begin to bleed more again.

Let me be a little more insightful. Yes I use a scale for everything. I use measuring cups for everything. How else would I have lost the weight in the first place, lol. Second the only beverage that graces my lips is water. I drink 64oz+ per day. Hope that helps! Edit* also I did readjust my calories to loose one pound a…

I personally had only one cheat weekend (3 days) in the 9 months I have been loosing weight , because I went to Vegas. During that time, I gained almost 9 lbs due to water weight, so I am particularly scared to try that again. Everyone is different though.

I go off of mfp, however I never ever eat the calories back I burn off

I've had 2 plateaus this year, I just tripled my fiber intake for a week each time and it worked for me

I do it every morning
