if you run just speed it up for like 60 seconds then go back to a jog then wait a few minutes and speed it up again. the increased heart rate will really help. Pain is weakness leaving the body! (=

I would say just from the info you entered that you probably hit a fitness plateau. it happens with alot of people. my sugesstion to you would be to push yourself a little harder in exercise. maybe trying running faster for a longer amount of time get your lungs a good workout also strength train some if your not. more…
