Maybe some encouragement would help me...

Or responsibility or accountability or whatever. I've been trying to lose weight for agessss, and I lost 13kg in 3 months and then got stuck /: I been gaining weight back and losing it and gaining it back and losing it but never got below 70kg, so m hoping maybe this group interaction thing might be useful.... Someone tell me how it works cos m not quite sure :0

  • I would say just from the info you entered that you probably hit a fitness plateau. it happens with alot of people. my sugesstion to you would be to push yourself a little harder in exercise. maybe trying running faster for a longer amount of time get your lungs a good workout also strength train some if your not. more muscles burn more calories while your at rest I dont know what your diet is like so i dont know if its safe to cut anything fro it. but to me it just sounds like your body got used to what you were doing and need to change it up some.

I know ^^"" I can always do more, the only trouble is doing it /: all the easy stuff like walking and only drinking water I already do ^^"
  • if you run just speed it up for like 60 seconds then go back to a jog then wait a few minutes and speed it up again. the increased heart rate will really help.

Pain is weakness leaving the body! (=

See, I'm being encouraged already =D you're awesome ^^ but I think I'd better say "on Thursday" because I'd much rather exercise than study for my finals, but only one has a time limit u_u

Most often, but not always, it's a matter of too many calories in and/or not enough burned. Log everything that you eat and drink and log your activities. Make sure you are keeping to your daily calorie limit or slightly lower. Make sure your settings are what they should be for your weight, age, activity level etc. If they are what they should be then play with them a little and see what triggers you to loose more. Walking is great (I lost a huge amount that way) but eventually it would be good to kick things up a little, try a jog or alternate walking and running during your outing.
