I'm set at 1 lb a week but I usually come in way under my calorie goal and have been losing about 2.5 pounds a week.

I weigh myself all of the time lol but the weight I count is right after I wake up. I pee, stand on the scale in my underwear and that's the way I've been doing it since I started. I weigh less in the morning. Sometimes after I exercise I weigh less not more. I think because I sweat so much.

I don't feel like sharing but it's because I'm afraid I will fail :( and then I'll feel silly for having "bragged" about it. It sounds like you just want to do it on your own.

I hate to jog but I can walk fast for miles! My iPhone helps me though. I pop on my ear buds and listen to music or chat on the phone. This has been one of the hardest things for me to do! I eat Greek yogurt or oatmeal every morning now but it's tough to get used to.
