I pre blog my dinner almost every day because that's my biggest meal and it's with family so I have to eat what they like too. Then I know how much I have to eat for the rest of the day. I also pre blog if I'm going to a restaurant. I pick out what I'm going to eat before I get there.

I do like Almond milk and I think it's like 60 calories per cup instead of 90 for fat free milk. Thanks for the suggestion I didn't realize there was a a lot of calcium in it!

I waste at least 86 calories a day on my morning coffee but it's worth it to me. I take 1tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of half and half. I used to use the fake creamers but I just didn't enjoy it as much. I do stay right around 1200 calories a day. It can be done. I don't want to give up everything I love. I've already said…

I had my uterus and cervix removed vaginally last summer. I had a prolapsed uterus and fibroids. I can't tell you how awesome I feel now. I also had PMDD and it has pretty much cured that. I have no side-effect from it. I don't miss my periods at all! I didn't realize how painful and awful they were until they were gone.…

I wish I could help you. The only way I know how to make them is to fry them as well. Maybe you could try slicing it flattening it and making like baked tostones out of it? That's the only thing that comes to mind.

I only know what it's like to visit! I really like the fact that your body is like your car and you walk every where. I probably wouldn't if I stayed long and had to carry my groceries and my laundry though lol

I kind of think it's like trying to tell someone to quit smoking. They already know what they're doing is unhealthy but they have to want to change. You can't convince them to change.

Stretch marks fade from red to white but they never go away. When I lost a lot of weight once before My saggy tummy did shrink but not completely. I've had kids and I need a tummy tuck, what can you do?

It's really frustrating because I've been exercising and staying under my calorie goals everyday but the scale has said for over a week that I've gained at least a pound and a half.
