I have those too! My hungry days tend to be on a monthly schedule or when I'm really tired. I can and usually end up eating the world! However, other days, I have no interest in food and usually end up forcing myself to eat more than I want. (Otherwise I'd be at 500 cal for the day.) I'm not ready to trust my body…

If it's in cube form, you can dilute it a little.

I'm not sure if I'd call what's going on with me a stall. I've lost 4 lbs in 5 months. I don't have a ton of weight lose (20-30lbs), and I lift heavy weights. It has been extremely frustrating on the scale. My measurements and clothes also don't change fast enough for me to really see or feel changes. I see the most…

Internet has been a great resource for me! I'll type in a recipe I'm interested in (i.e. mac n' cheese) and then write Keto before or after. I can usually find an alternative or inspiration to make what I'm looking for! P.S. If you haven't made the bacon explosion and you're looking for a GREAT recipe:…

I like to add melted butter/coconut oil/HWC to protein shakes to also keep my fat up for the day.
-
I know that for me, it's helpful when my significant other keeps carby foods out of the house or cooks plain food so I can take my own portion and add my own "seasoning" (i.e. extra fat).

Sugar Free Jello. Not the healthiest, but it gets the sweet craving for me. Also, I make an easy microwave brownie. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 cup almond milk or cream, 1 tbs melted coconut oil or butter, sweetener to taste. Mix in mug. Microwave 30 sec. Eat.

They make popcorn toppers in ranch flavor. Mix it with mayo or just on some veggies? I don't know if it will have the ranch you're looking for.

Have you looked into cheaper sources of protein and fat? Eggs are usually cheap, butter, whole milk (not great, but it's something), fattier cuts of chicken... A couple eggs, some frozen spinach, and butter should be pretty cheap and keto. Meat also goes on sale, and you can freeze it for a while before cooking it. It's…

I get mine early now too while on the pill. Also, there's more PMS, cramps, and menstruation.

Thanks for all of your responses. As I said before, I really like what Keto has done for me internally and mentally. I don't want to give it up, but I do have goals. You guys have given me a lot to think about and research which makes moving forward exciting! Thanks for all the help and support!

Thanks for the responses! I love this WOE and how I feel, however, I would also like results. Researching on-line has been contradictory as always. This group is a great resource, so I want to pick y'all's brains about the subject as well as hear personal experience!

Heavy Whipping Cream. I've also recently found that sugar free jell-o mix adds some great flavor!

I meant on the side. lol. Sorry for the confusion!

Maybe try updating the percents on the computer? Also, iifym.com

I'm in! I've been super frustrated with my weight loss to the point of considering giving Keto a break for a month or so just to change things up. If cutting dairy will do it for me without giving up Keto for a while, I'm going to find out! I plan on cutting ALL dairy (cream and butter) for the 5 days just eliminate…

Have you tried coconut milk/cream in your coffee? It's just like cream!

Salmon has some fat in it, and you can always add more. There's many protein options such as: eggs, cheese, fish, protein powder, tofu (depends on the kind for carb count), any other fish. I've made keto friendly calamari using crushed pork rinds as the breading.
-
Have you tried the flavored pork rinds? BBQ and Red Hot are my favorites.

I like sugar free jell-o for a sweet craving. 4 cups for 80 cal! Add some whipped HWC for extra fat!

I've been Keto since August, but only trying to lose weight since January. I've lost 3 lbs... however, the health effects are worth it to keep going. Also, I've noticed a lot of strength gains in the gym and clothes fitting better which makes me feel better about the loss. I also haven't been great at tracking on the…

Maybe try adding an egg or two with the BPC. It helped me with the nausea I first felt when I tried it. Basically pairing it with a bit of protein.

I find that when I eat less I get colder. Also, if I eat or drink something cold it makes me really cold. No ice water for me or I shiver for an hour. It's always been that way even before Keto.

Are you truly hungry or just want food? Maybe try adding volume to your food like a bunch of a low carb veggie (lettuce). I also like sugar free jello for volume.

Yes to the finger nails! Also, I've noticed that my hair is shiner and softer. Less hair product? Healthier long hair and nails? YES! This is a huge deal for me as I used to swim competitively, and have never had naturally nice hair or finger nails because of the chlorine!

Mayo and Ranch... on everything I've also blended peanut butter and cream cheese together to use as a spread (or lick off the spoon) to help bring down the carbs and make the peanut butter less seductive... that peanut butter is just so sexy

I've seen the same with my father. It's crushing to see a love one not take care of themselves. I've spent a lot of time explaining my feelings to my father, crying about it to him and myself, writing him letters, etc will still no change. While I am still sad about it, I've accepted that he's not going to change, my time…

I've made a hot chocolate in the past you may be interested in. Chocolate protein powder, HWC, and hot water. The powder definitely has AS in it. I'm not sure the type as they don't bother me digestive wise or anything. However, there may be a brand out there that uses one that's good for you.

What brought you to living healthier? I have been on a healthy living quest since my freshman year of high school. I have always been a very active person, and I started varsity sports at that time. I wanted to eat healthy to accompany my training and activity to help me perform the best I could in competition. However, my…
