Rewards for Weight Loss Goals
I've been taking a week to reevaluate my plan to reach my goals, and I have a question I'd love to pole y'all on! Have any of you ever tried giving yourself a reward for reaching a small weight loss goal? If you have, what rewards have you used? Do you find it motivating or helpful? Thanks!

Carb Refeed
I am wondering if any of you doing Keto have done a carb refeed day. If so, what were you reasons? Did it help with weight loss? What was it like the day/week after (ie. Keto Flu Symptoms?) I've been toying with the idea since I have gained and lost the same 3-4 lbs for 4 months now with no other big indicators that I have…

Cheesecake shenanigans
I had to share somewhere. I made keto cheese cake to bring to my bf's family's house for Easter. I got home from work yesterday, and it was all gone... I'm glad it was good but now I have to make more with no time to do so.

I'm not hungry, but I want to eat.
Do any of you ever feel this way while low carbing? I know that I am always satisfied after a meal. That is I'm not hungry, and I won't be hungry for hours after. Most of my craving are gone, but some still exist. I think most of it is that I like the act of eating. It's more of a mental thing than a physical thing. Do any…

TMI tag* poop
I've been low carbing for a couple months now, since end of August. I have not "cheated" and fallen out of ketosis. However, recently, I've been experiencing runny poos that come on REAL fast. I've also had more gas at night than usual. Anyone else? Any ideas? Thanks, and sorry if this is a slightly off color topic.

Pecan Butter!
Hello! I have exciting news in that I figured out how to make pecan butter! I think it's better (and definitely cheaper) than peanut butter. I put a cup of pecans in a food processor and ground them until they appeared creamy! You can add a dash of salt or sweetener if you like, but pecans are yummy on their own. I split…

nauseous with Keto. Ideas?
Hi everyone, I've been attempting to follow a ketogenic diet for the past 3 weeks. I did my research and was prepared for the "Keto Flu". While my results have been good (weight, mood, skin, etc) I'm 3 weeks in and I've been getting nauseous after eating. Has anyone else expirienced the nausea? Does anyone know how to make…

True or false
I head somewhere that running on a treadmill at an incline of 1 is equivalent to running outside. Right or wrong?

Ripped in 30
What do y'all think of "Ripped in 30" by Jillian Micaheals? Decent? Get good results? Supplement with gym time? I'm curious because I got the DVD as a present. I am in fairly good shape as well. What y'all think?

It's happening so fast!
I've been at this for about 2 weeks, and in total I'm down about 4.5 lbs. I realize this is about average for weightless but it seems like it happening so fast! I've been doing cardio and resistance training, so I'd like to say its all fat. However, I don't have too much weight to lose, about 15 lbs. I haven't been hungry…

Imma be me
Victoria secret models may be hott and all, But I'm never going going to be that tall. I'm short and small With a medium frame, So tall and slender is not my game. But in the game I play, I have the final say. My goal is to decrease how much I weigh and work on my fitness so that I can swim the entire Nile So that I will…

Green Tea Powder
I love green tea powder! I think it tastes better than the tea bag version. Has anyone else tried it, and does anyone know why else you can use it for besides tea? I just love the taste!

Upper Body
I recently completed my career as a competative swimmer. In the past, I have not needed to worry about lifing because I swam and was very muscular just from that (a little too much to be comfortable in my own skin sometimes). I am wondering what people do for a quick (1/2 hour tops) and effective upper body/arms/back…

quick resistance training
While I value both cardio and resistance training, I need cardio for my sanity. Cardio comes first. It usually ends up being a minimum of 40 min cardio, and I don't have much time as it is. Does anyone have any fast (20 min top) great resistance training workouts? I know it's important to build lean muscle and don't want…

The art of putting down the fork
I can eat really well, healthy and proper portions, and stick to my calorie allotment until dinner. It's not the night time munchies, it's the dinner munchies. I simply crave food and want to munch directly after dinner. How do you say no? How do you put down the fork and walk away? I've tried water, a distraction, a peice…
