quick resistance training

While I value both cardio and resistance training, I need cardio for my sanity. Cardio comes first. It usually ends up being a minimum of 40 min cardio, and I don't have much time as it is. Does anyone have any fast (20 min top) great resistance training workouts? I know it's important to build lean muscle and don't want to slack.
