It's happening so fast!

I've been at this for about 2 weeks, and in total I'm down about 4.5 lbs. I realize this is about average for weightless but it seems like it happening so fast! I've been doing cardio and resistance training, so I'd like to say its all fat. However, I don't have too much weight to lose, about 15 lbs. I haven't been hungry and I'm eating plenty. Should I be worried about how quickly the weight is coming off?

    It is probably "water weight" and you won't continue to lose at that fast pace.
