Upper Body

I recently completed my career as a competative swimmer. In the past, I have not needed to worry about lifing because I swam and was very muscular just from that (a little too much to be comfortable in my own skin sometimes). I am wondering what people do for a quick (1/2 hour tops) and effective upper body/arms/back lifting rutine. (I'd like to maintain some muscle up there, just not as much as it was sometimes hard to move.)

Chinups, pullups, pushups. Easy to master the form, all highly effective.0
