Awesome way to categorize everything!

Great work...and yea, fairly dead, I'll admit I've been horrid about posting pictures. I just don't do so well getting around to taking pictures of myself.
-
Great work! You've done an outstanding job!
-
I'd think increasing the volume would require decreasing the intensity or something along those lines...just throwing out 2 cents....

NoVA and a native even!

Mind if I hijack this thread and make it more all inclusive to CrossFit apparel in general? http://lifeasrx.com/ http://www.reevolveclothing.com/ http://www.321apparel.com/ http://forgedclothing.com/ Edit: Btw that store you originally posted had awesome stuff for the ladies! The links I posted are other CrossFit apparel…

Way to go above and beyond!

A few of them...and others hopefully in the future...there are some folks that actually make a good case for MFP. Plus I've also had friends from real life that I've come across on here

I'm sorry to hear what happened. Suicides are hard to deal with. It sounds like you have a good handle on things, but I know it can't be easy

Done...only managed 53. Looking forward to next year, definitely need to work on improving!

I can see why you'd like Rx Jump Ropes...they look quality (and a bit expensive). Wish they allowed swapping things out so as you progress it wouldn't be buying a new rope each time. Edit: Looked through the site and realized that is doable...maybe I'll get a cheap one and a Rx Jump rope....

Great work! Way to make things happen and not let things get in your way !

To be able to have a spare that I can have (like stash one at home or in a gym bag, and keep another in the car)....or for jump roping with a friend.....or just going over board....

You got this! A rough workout can frustrate us all....redoing my CrossFit total recently hit me pretty hard cause my scores didn't improve and all the stress of things that had been going on with life, work, and just in general. 12.4 was rough, but you can do it. Also great work HollyMac20! As for how I did on 12.4 I only…

Great work...I need to see about getting a photo up at some point >_<

Hopefully that'll work...In case it doesn't it says:"Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure you are not, in fact, just surrounded by *kitten*" How does that relate, well, have you first confirmed the guys you've gone out with are not in fact *kitten*/douche's/jerks/etc? It probably…

Thanks! The WoDs haven't been a joke for either side, just as a guy I get to throw numbers that even I get like kicked by...hopefully next year I'll put a more solid showing
-
That one was rough...I only got 4+20, which for the time doesn't seem like much...plus I felt like I kept sucking down air for a lot of the time. The weight definitely wasn't a joke

Great posting!

First off WOOO lifting...second with the pictures it makes it hard to tell the difference, might be easier to see standing or full body...no matter what you're doing awesome!
-
For some reason I'm pumped to give 12.3 a shot...just it has variety, looks very achievable while still being challenging...
-
Once again you show your wisdom! Both can be positives towards life...it is just a matter of fitting them in properly

I really hope they don't go to double unders...

BeckyRoosevelt suggested this on my profile http://www.roguefitness.com/ultra-speed-cable-jump-ropes.php (For tracking suggestions I'm adding it to here) Thank you both for the suggestions!

Also have folks seen her possible new SN? Health_Gal or something like that...

So I did Open 12.2...Managed 31, really helped having a dedicated spotter/counter for the reps helped with just focusing on the lift, pointed out corrections, and encouraged to keep going. To be honest wasn't sure I'd be able to do the 135, especially since I that is more than I press but I managed to get one at the timer!…

I think it tends to be to protect the skin on the legs from things like rope, the barbell, boxes, etc

If you really want an opinion of if you can that is the only way...
