Just go and don't worry about what people think. 95% of the people there are just as self conscious as you are. Wear a baggy sweat shirt, put your headphones on and just work out. After a month or so you'll realize that nobody is paying attention to you and you will start working out in regular gym clothes.

I use Muscle Milk Light and GNC Pro Performance Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 mixed with skim milk and water after working out. Before I go to bed I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standart 100% Casein and Muscle Milk Light mixed with skim milk and water.

I would say it just depends on how strict you want to be in your diet. If you want to be as strict as possible then I would say no. But if your like me and strict on everything in your diet EXCEPT the water, then yeah count it. Since I only drink water and Crystal Light now, I always count it.
