I read that fats preworkout are not good and one should limit fat consumption post workout. Carbs and proteins are ideal from what I have read. Nuts have a high content of fat. A personal trainer friend recommends oatmeal and eggs.

So Delicious dairy free desserts. My favorite is the Vanilla Coconut Milk bars. 80 calories. Rich in branch chain fatty acids. They are coated in chocolate. Similar to a Klondike bar. Satisfies my chocolate craving without the 690 calories of the chocolate cake I used to binge on.

I totally cut out added sugar from my diet. The only sugar I get is from fruit or whatever naturally occurring food. I eat totally organic whole foods for the most part. Nothing processed. Less calories and more vitamins and minerals.

2007 Silver Honda Accord. I'm looking at something shiny and new in the near future when my son gets his license. I'll give him my Accord and treat myself to something special. You would think being 21 with the promise of a free decent ride would motivate him to run and get a license. Not my son. SMH.

. Have you ever tried wearing a thick belt with your sundresses to accentuate your waistline?
-
Pretty dresses that accentuate my waist and flat abs. Some nice Dereon jeans. I've found these to be the best fit for my butt and they still fit a smaller waist snuggly. I've always found other jeans several inches too wide in the waist. Also, some nice peplum blouses, jackets etc to show off my slim new waistline. I went…
