A year and two weeks difference! (August 30, 2013 - September 15, 2014)
Started my fitness journey August 18, 2013 (But officially started September 1, 2013). From 5'3, 170 lbs and 17 years old to 5'4, 130 lbs and 18 years old. :-)

These are mine:
I'm nowhere near done yet. Still have saddlebags to go, hehe. I'm working towards a more firm and toned look. Currently working hard to build some muscles.
Owweeee! I saw your progress pictures in the pear shaped ladies thread... You've made SO much progress since then.

Thank you to everybody for posting. I've been having a hard time with motivation this past week, but thanks to everybody's before and afters, I'm confident that I can do it if I work at it!0

AMAZING!! Here is me...but I don't to undies pix
In this picture was was down 31 lbs with 23 left to lose! This morning, however, the scale kicked my @$$ for allowing myself to 'celebrate' my birthday last week and weekend by adding 3 1/2 to that :frown:

Started at 175 -- weighed in at 150.2 this morning. Not the biggest change in the world but I feel so much better in my body : )
Full disclosure: "Before" photos taken in the early evening, "After" photos taken first thing in the morning
Great! Love to see progress pics with similar stats. It's a big difference and 25 lbs is worth being proud of!
It's not the amount of weight you have lost. You just look so much SMALLER. Well done!0 -

So the image on the right was 2 years ago at my 21st birthday party 192lbs =( , the image on the left is from this week 153lbs the difference of 39lbs my goal is to be 133 so getting there I started my new healthier lifestyle April this year so far so good hehe

You have to host your pictures elsewhere like Photobucket or Flickr and use the HTML code [ img] and [ /img] (without the spaces) on either end of the URL for them.0 -

If I could figure out how to add pictures then I would show you mine... I read over the instructions Many, Many times and I still do not get how to add them... Yes, I am over 50 and not very computer savy!! It is soooooo easy to add pictures to my blog in blogger but why is it so hard (difficult) here.... Maybe I just need to be shown instead of reading it, because I do way better by visual learning... anyway I will keep trying to figure this picture thing out......0
