    I'm 5'4". starting weight was 209, currently I am 154. I have lost 55 pounds. My waist used to be 37, and now is about 28". I lost an average of about 6" on my thighs, hips, bust, belly button, and rib cage.

    Starting around 364 Now at 304. 60 pound difference.

    I'm 5'6", 29 years old. 5 months in, 44 lbs difference, and gone from a size 20 to size 12.

    January 30, 2014 SW 242 to June 30, 2014 CW 198, and just over halfway to my original goal (which I'm sure will change as I get closer to it).

    Before, January, about 170lbs.

    It's been rough (especially as an avid lover of chocolate), but I can tell that I'm getting there. Only about 10 more pounds to go!

    I reached my first goal of 100 lbs gone as of 6/27/14 now weighing 199 :-) It took a little over a year. My next goal is 40-50 more lbs. I've been having issues posting pics using the tutorial so I hope this works...

    Okay...deep breath...I haven't worked up the courage to do this until now. Thanks to everyone who has already shared for motivating me to share. Here goes nothing...

    I am 5' 11" and I am hoping to get down to 165. Not too fixated on the number on the scale. I am a die hard cardio fan, but just started lifting about a month ago and hoping for better results.

    Wow! I'm 5' 11" also. These picks make me so motivated. You look amazing at 171. Right now my goal is to get to 200. Your pics make me feel like I can really do it.

    In 2010 I was 225lbs after putting on weight following a car crash. I was eventually cleared to resume training and I'm now 164lbs at 40 years old, I'm 5ft 8.

    Holy crap dude I hope to look this good at 30 as you do at 40! How long did this take you? Huge accomplishment. You should be very proud of yourself!
