    Wow You look wonderful! I went from 14 to 4 also but I doubt there are any before pictures of me. Your transformation is phenomenal!
    Thanks for sharing - makes me wonder if that's what my friends see.
    FWIW You were beautiful before too. That's a great dress & you were obviously happy.

    From before the roll......

    Started at 175 -- weighed in at 150.2 this morning. Not the biggest change in the world but I feel so much better in my body : )

    Full disclosure: "Before" photos taken in the early evening, "After" photos taken first thing in the morning

    Great! Love to see progress pics with similar stats. It's a big difference and 25 lbs is worth being proud of!

    The before is 400lbs and my wedding day December 31st, 2002.

    The after is 225lbs, and our 10th anniversary/vow renewal, December 31st, 2012
