    Finally figured out the picture thing...geesh!

    So, some information:
    5'8"
    31 years old
    Started clean eating on April 10, 2014
    Start weight 250
    Current weight 213

    Pictures aren't the best, but you can see results. Clean eating, and exercising 5+ days a week!!

    About 230 lbs on the left, 130 lbs on the right (I'm now 122.5 lbs), July 3rd 2009 vs. 2014. Ignore the timestamp on the left, it's a picture of a picture.

    I don't know about the site you used, but if you go to tinypic.com there is an option to resize when you upload. Alternatively you can resize them yourself in Paint or any other picture editing program before uploading them.
