I'm half way through my first week. I think I'm doing good. Managed to stay under my calorie count every day except the first day. Sure has been an eye opening start to changing my eating habits. How is everyone else doing? REMEMBER: We can do this!

It means a whole new beginning! For the last 3 days I have made some positive changes to my eating habits. I'm slowly getting my calorie count down. With the start of a new week my goal is to get my calorie count where it needs to be and my fat intake reduce to a minimum! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
