  • Go buy yourself a foam roller. It will help with any stiff/sore muscles in the future. I use it after I run and stretch. It's like getting a massage to push out all the lactic acid.
  • On the packages it also tells you about how many servings the container holds. If you can divide it fairly evenly, you can get pretty close. My sliced turkey always tells me that 6 slices is a serving on the back, and my artichokes tell me about how many as well. Just a thought.

I like to make popcorn on the stove, not the microwave stuff with tons of butter. 1/2c popcorn kernels, 1T oil, 1/4t salt, 1/4t sugar.
