Does anyone know what to record it under in the fitness part? I did general aerobic and only got 166 calories. It has to be more than that right?

Ok I did day 2 today! I am not going to lie, everything hurts. I never made it past day 8 last time. My goal is to see what level two looks like!

So I totally skipped Saturday..I am really disappointed. But I did my new day 7 yesterday and off to do day 8 level one right now. I am going to just call Saturday a fluke and keep going!

Day 2 Level one done!!! I am sore and had to not use weights the second time through the arm raises. I figure doing the movements without weights is better then stopping. 8 more days on level 1 wohoo!

I am on week 5 day 3...and needing some motivation too! I use a podcast I downloaded from itunes for free. I like the music she uses. I am a little worried about todays run because they progress the time from 8 minute runs to 20??? I am just going to do the best I can and if I have to stop.... I will just try it again…
