Haha. Everyone is like that on vacation. It's really hard to restrict and maintain some sense of self-control while buffets and treats are an arms length away. Get in three or four good workouts this week and you should be back to normal.

I had a better week than I anticipated. I was able to hit my goal on the first week. Original starting weight : 300lbs (04/14/2017) July starting weight : 220lbs July goal : 215lbs Ultimate goal : 210lbs July 07 - 214.3 lbs July 14 - July 21 - July 28 - Total loss for July :- 5.7lbs
