KEEP GOING. Your body is in a "wtf-mode" It gets easier.. i just mixed insanity routines with other routines like body rock tv and taebo in the week so i wouldnt get bored seeing the same vids. Even though i didnt follow the Insanity workout schedule improvement in my endurance and stamina were drastic

ive had similar issues and diagnosed with hypermenorrhagia.. My doc said it could be because of hormonal and/or nutritional problems... But id still go to the gyno to make sure because its not supposed to last over 2 months.

There isnt a way to spot reduce but i found that doing exercises that target more then one muscle group helped me lose quicker...fitness magazine and body rock tv have great interval/circuits that did great for me

Im Avg 5 6 and a medium frame :) my goal is between 140-150

30+ pounds in four or five months is do-able with good diet and exercise.. i Made up a 3 40 min workouts (circuit training with weights, mat work and plyometric moves) and i lost 6 pounds in a week! All i did was read up on nutrition, my body type and "youtubed" interval training lol

i have a weight watchers scale but i also use my measuring tape.. cant rely just on the scale..i weigh myself weekly, measurements and body fat every month

i have two girls..i have am workouts at 6a mon-fr and saturday they workout with me :). If i didnt workout at home i think it would be harder

i usually make the recipe smaller ( as you did) and just bag the left overs up. Key is also eating slow and drinking water and enjoying the bites you take. It takes a little while longer for your brain to realize you are full.

also alot of ppl were talking about their c-sections they've had and how there is scar tissue and its harder to work that muscle.. it worried me too but the benefits of losing weight and being healthy makes me not care as much
